⏱️ Return & Exchange Time Frame

Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery

Any request made after the specified time frame may not be accepted.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In original packaging with all tags intact
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following situations:

Damaged or defective product
Incorrect item delivered
Size or product issue (if applicable)

Important Notes:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours
All shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer
Exchanges are subject to product availability

💰 Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank transfer / advance payment
